About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance GNSS Lab Test Engineer to support validation and certification of GNSS and cellular positioning performance across mobile devices. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements through rigorous lab testing, analysis, and automation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of mobile device lab testing experience
Strong knowledge of LTE and 5G NR technologies
Experience with 3GPP positioning (ECID, OTDOA) and related specifications
Familiarity with E911 certification requirements
Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
Experience with GNSS or wireless test platforms
Analytical problem-solving
Test automation and scripting
Wireless and GNSS technologies
Cross-functional collaboration
Attention to detail and quality focus

Responsibilities

Validate GNSS and cellular positioning performance across multiple carriers
Test 3GPP positioning technologies (ECID, OTDOA) and analyze LPP, SUPL, and RRLP protocols
Execute CTIA GNSS OTA and E911 certification test cases
Perform GNSS performance testing (TTF, positioning accuracy, sensitivity)
Develop Python scripts for automation, log collection, and data analysis
Automate testing workflows using ADB for Android devices
Utilize Keysight, Spirent, and Rohde & Schwarz test platforms
Analyze results, identify root causes, and report findings
Support GNSS debugging and device readiness activities
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
