Responsible for a wide range of compliance functions including compliance auditing and monitoring, investigations, internal customer support, risk assessments, policy development, and compliance training. Serves as the department's primary technology resource and subject matter expert for compliance management systems, SharePoint, reporting platforms, and other compliance-related technologies. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in planning, prioritizing, and completing assigned work with minimal supervision. Research, analyze, and resolve complex compliance and operational issues while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, contractual requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations. Develop strong working relationships across the organization and effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
