About The Position

The Compliance Driver is responsible for driving to the communities managed by Spectrum AM on a regular basis to make notations of non-compliant homeowners. This role involves inspecting homes for compliance by driving through neighborhoods. The position requires spending approximately 90% of the workday driving. While a company vehicle is provided, there may be occasional requests to use a personal vehicle, for which mileage reimbursement is provided. The role also involves interacting with homeowners, potentially de-escalating and resolving conflicts, with training provided for these situations. The Compliance Driver role is seen as an excellent way to learn about the industry and offers a career path to other positions within Spectrum AM.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Driving to managed communities regularly to note non-compliant homeowners.
  • Inspecting homes for compliance by driving through neighborhoods.
  • De-escalating and resolving conflicts with difficult or upset homeowners.
  • Improving service by recommending improved processes and identifying new product and service applications.
  • Working with homeowners regarding various issues involving compliance and resolution.
  • Responding to customer inquiries by understanding the inquiry, reviewing previous responses, researching information, assembling it, forwarding it to the customer, and verifying understanding.
  • Continually increasing job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading governing documents of homeowner associations.
  • Walking some areas of properties as required.
  • Driving personal vehicle during times the company vehicle is unavailable for repairs or maintenance, with mileage reimbursement.
