The Compliance Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Compliance Department to enhance the organization’s ability to proactively manage regulatory and operational risk. The position coordinates compliance program activities, supports documentation and system management, and assists with routine monitoring activities including HIPAA privacy audits.This role centralizes administrative and coordination responsibilities that support compliance oversight, allowing senior compliance staff to focus on higher-risk regulatory analysis, education, and strategic initiatives. The Compliance Coordinator ensures timely documentation, tracking, and follow-up of compliance activities to strengthen organizational accountability, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Through coordination of routine activities and maintenance of compliance documentation, this role supports theorganization’s ability to identify potential compliance risks early and maintain readiness for regulatory oversight, audits, and operational site visits.
