About The Position

The Compliance Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations. This role involves assisting with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes. The coordinator will also support various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance, and coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of required procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining and tracking records, monitoring deadlines, reviewing inspection reports, and supporting general administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Health Science, Food Safety, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and track regulatory documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate professionally with internal teams and external agencies
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative support, compliance, or the food/hospitality industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support related to health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across multiple store locations
  • Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of required documentation for health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes
  • Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance
  • Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies, including local health authorities and health departments, to ensure timely completion of required procedures
  • Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials
  • Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed
  • Support general administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and communication
