About The Position
Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Compliance Coordinator at Palm Beach Youth Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida. The academy provides a healing environment for at-risk males, offering evidence-based, mental health, and substance abuse services. The Compliance Coordinator works as a staff member of the management team, jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Director, to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP location. This role offers the opportunity to create a positive, safe, and supportive environment for youth and build a career rich in growth opportunities and self-fulfillment.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience in a training or compliance role, OR a bachelor’s degree and one-year experience in a training or compliance role.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug test and TB test.
Responsibilities
- Works as a staff member of the management team.
- Works jointly with the Rite of Passage Program Director to accomplish licensing and corporate compliance at the ROP location.
- Reports to the Program Director.
