About The Position

Apple’s Compliance & Business Conduct organization is looking for an experienced and creative communications project manager. This critical role manages our organization’s communications on compliance policies, programs resources across the company. The Compliance and Business Conduct team helps ensure the company and its employees are complying with applicable laws and policies. The team focuses on a number of key areas, including business conduct, political compliance, export and sanctions compliance, health compliance, antitrust compliance, anti-corruption compliance, online safety compliance, and third-party compliance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a communications role supporting a large multinational company
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Able to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications
• Excellent writing and editing skills, preference for someone familiar with Apple style
• Strong Keynote skills
• Experienced and comfortable working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other communications stakeholders, including PR function
• Professional, highly organized, self-motivated and curious
• Work both independently and collaboratively with numerous people at all levels throughout the company
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop relationships across a virtual team

Responsibilities

• Work across the organization to help draft and manage content for both our internal websites and resources as well as our external compliance website.
• Create communications campaigns and plans, manage content creation and coordinate with PR for employee facing assets on internal sites and platforms.
• Manage translations for policies and other content with external vendors and internal reviewers across various teams and manage policy hosting and archiving.
• Create and manage training decks, organize trainings and track training feedback.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics and reporting on compliance communications.
• Manage all communications related work with our external helpline platform vendor, as well as any communications-related vendors.
