About The Position

This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days per week in the office in Philadelphia, PA. The Business Assurance team, which includes Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, and Internal Audit, provides objective evaluations of management activities. The Compliance department is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure Glenmede operates in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements from bodies such as the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We are looking for a motivated individual with strong data analytical and communication skills to assist in improving our programs related to trading, Anti-Money Laundering, and our Code of Ethics, which aims to prevent insider trading. This role offers a chance to make a positive impact across Glenmede and provides exposure to various departments, helping colleagues understand regulatory impacts and collaboratively solving problems. You will have the opportunity to work with managers and specialists of all career levels.

Requirements

• Analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills
• Strong communications skills
• Basic understanding with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to IT applications as needed

Responsibilities

• Construct tests and analyze the resulting data in a variety of areas to identify whether our systems and processes are adequate
• Management of databases and applications
• Basic risk analysis
• Assist in the creation of new policies and procedures and create communications for people throughout the organization to alert them to issues and solutions
