Compliance Associate

Lendable
Hybrid

About The Position

As Compliance Associate, you'll join Lendable's US Compliance department in a role that supports two primary functions: supporting Legal & Compliance (L&C) leadership on cross-functional projects, and partnering with the Compliance Management System (CMS) team on program oversight. You’ll be primarily responsible for project managing strategic initiatives for L&C leadership and supporting the day-to-day rigor of the CMS — policies and procedures, training, monitoring and testing, complaints and issues management, and audits. This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and is comfortable being the person who keeps a dozen moving pieces on track without losing sight of the regulatory details that matter. You'll bring an AI-first mentality to how you work, looking for ways to use tools and automation to move faster and surface insights that a manual process would miss. You'll work closely with the CMS team as well as stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Product, and Lendable's bank partners.
