About The Position

The Compliance and Regulatory Manager is responsible for managing overall training of regulations, for state, federal, and gaming agencies.

Requirements

  • Two to five years’ experience with or in a position requiring compliance, regulatory, and analytical a 2 year degree in a related field or equivalent work
  • Valid gaming license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Display strong work ethic and team work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintains internal controls, standard operations procedures and regulation for state and federal agencies.
  • Audit follow-up.
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
  • Correspond and communicate with state regulators.
  • Development of staff, training, and evaluate.
  • Correspond and communicate with state regulators.
  • Review regulatory and compliance activities with the AGM/CFO.
  • Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations and Innkeepers Laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.
