About The Position

ADP is hiring a Compliance Analyst to monitor licenses of associates, manage agency and producer appointments, and oversee compliance training. This role involves maintaining and delivering mandatory trainings, monitoring adherence to agency-related requirements, and managing access to various platforms. The Compliance Analyst will also advise Sales and Service on compliance issues, interface with Legal, manage attestations, and conduct file reviews and audits. Additionally, the role includes managing onboarding processes, acting as a resource for project transitions, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 Years of Directly Related Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required or in progress
  • 2-5 years’ minimum experience with insurance companies
  • Licensed in Health and Life lines required
  • Proficient in Xcel basic Xcel formulas and conditional formatting, and Report formatting
  • Excellent Data validation Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and conduct presentations
  • Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Licensed in Property and Casualty a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor licenses of all associates who are required to maintain an insurance license, including conducting monthly license audits; and enforcing ADPIA license policy, where necessary.
  • Manage agency and producer appointments and terminations with carrier partners.
  • Maintain, deliver, and monitor mandatory internal compliance trainings to all new Insurance associates, prepare reporting and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable.
  • Monitor that all agency-related training requirements are met and produce monthly reporting on associates out of compliance and enforce ADPIA policies, where applicable.
  • Manage access to licensing and continuing education platforms.
  • Manage access and termination to third-party vendors and carrier platforms.
  • Advise Sales and Service by answering inquiries that focus on compliance issues, primarily around licensing, and appointment, etc.
  • Interface with Legal to manage appointments, carrier contract amendments, and portal access, etc.
  • Manage ICHRA Associates’ Attestation.
  • Attend weekly H&B Appointment call, providing guidance regarding H&B carrier appointments, etc.
  • Conduct monthly NPC file reviews, produce reports and work with Finance to effectuate the reversal roll call for out of compliance associates.
  • Conduct monthly random file audits for Sales/Implementation/Service to determine that each sampling has conformed with state, carrier and agency requirements; and produce monthly reporting to reflect results.
  • Deliver File review (Quality) results during file review meetings and discuss trends and observations. Resolve appeals, drive improved process, quality, and best practices.
  • Manage Pay Associates onboarding, including but not limited to, assigning training, and removing associates from the program.
  • Act as a resource for projects that have been transitioned to Team India.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Team Lead or Senior Director.
