Requirements

Is recognized for their collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally in compliance or financial product distribution.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or another relevant field.
Has a solid understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the distribution of financial products, including those established by the AMF and other regulatory bodies.
Possesses an advanced level of French, as the individual will be required to communicate both verbally and in writing with French-speaking partners on a regular basis

Responsibilities

Conduct reviews related to the business practices of independent advisors.
Perform analyses and prepare recommendation reports.
Collaborate on reviews of advisors' business practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Support various business lines and partners by conducting analyses and assessments related to compliance requirements applicable to the distribution and manufacturing of financial products and services.
Participate in compliance department projects where your expertise is required.
