Requirements

Has advanced knowledge of applicable Acquirer Card Brand rules and regulations
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Identify areas of potential operational improvement
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets
Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations
Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences including executive level

Responsibilities

Card Brand Excessive Chargeback, Fraud, Card Testing Alerts and escalations
Card Brand Registrations such as Merchant and Third Parties
Reporting key metrics, risk indicators and statistics to management
Perform Data Analysis with Card Brand Programs and impact on the various business units
Operationalizing new processes while enhancing existing ways of doing business
Responds promptly to issues and matters pertaining to card brand compliance, internal line of business and customer-facing questions.
Participates in training and promoting card brand compliance awareness i.e. Compliance Champion
