About The Position
The Compliance & AML Specialist performs the federal AML training program and oversees AML, CTR, and SAR auditing and reporting. The Specialist researches AML matters as directed by the Senior Compliance Manager and assists with the MGC gaming permit process and AML auditing when necessary. The position reports directly to the Senior Compliance Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of experience in AML, Title 31, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) audit, fraud, compliance, or risk-based work.
- Must be able to obtain a MS Gaming Permit.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Prior gaming experience preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform the federal AML training program.
