We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Compliance Administrator to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the compliance needs of the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. What would you do as a Compliance Administrator As a Compliance Administrator at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will provide superior service in support of the company’s compliance function while fostering a culture rooted in our core values of Serve & Help, Accountability, and Respect & Integrity. You will coordinate with various business units, ensuring effective risk management and compliance through strong Teamwork & Communication. Your essential functions will include developing and executing monitoring plans for loan origination, servicing, and collections, all while identifying and tracking remediation of compliance deficiencies. You will draft and revise policies to align with evolving regulations, conduct research on federal and state lending laws, and deliver comprehensive training programs that address regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This position empowers you to interpret regulatory changes, resolve compliance issues, and provide guidance to operational staff, enabling you to play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest level of compliance while adapting to the dynamic landscape of the finance industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to assess business processes, identify compliance risks, and evaluate controls.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulations with high accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for regulatory correspondence and policy writing.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective compliance training to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance projects concurrently, including remediation and examination responses.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building across all three lines of defense.
  • Over 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or oversight within the consumer finance industry.
  • Familiarity with compliance management systems.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
