As a compliance administrator, you will work hand in hand with AIP's, Agents, and Account Managers to properly handle compliance paperwork and submissions. This role involves managing task requests and inquiries, communicating contract language clearly, maintaining customer account details in the management system, and communicating with customers about account changes. You will also complete specific projects, assist other departments with customer needs, provide billing and accounting assistance, and adhere to company policies and procedures. All other duties as assigned.
