About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented person for a part-time title clerk who plays a vital administrative role within the RV dealership, ensuring all RV sales and trade-ins are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with title and registration processes. Pay range: $22-25 hourly. Key Objectives  Prepare and process vehicle title work for both Idaho and out-of-state customers. Submit title and registration paperwork to the appropriate DMV or state agencies. Follow up on outstanding lien perfections to ensure timely completion and compliance. Reconcile title paperwork with sales and finance documentation for consistency. Responsibilities  Process customer and vendor checks with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and journal entries Track and maintain records of titles, lien releases, odometer disclosures, and power of attorney forms. Maintain accurate filing systems and update dealership records as needed. Perform daily bank deposits through the dealership management system (DMS) Physically transport and deposit funds at the bank as needed What you’ll bring Ability to pass a background and drug test  Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions  Previous experience in title processing or an automotive dealership setting is preferred Basic understanding of accounting principles Valid driver’s license required for bank runs Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with Lightspeed Evo or DealerTrack is a plus Expected Results 100% of title work is submitted accurately and within state-mandated timeframes. Lien perfections are tracked and completed with minimal delays. Accounting transactions (checks, journal entries, deposits) are processed error-free. Bank deposits are completed daily, with secure and timely handling of funds. Customer and DMV inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Paperwork discrepancies are minimized through detailed reconciliation and communication. Title and accounting records are audit-ready and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Resources Dealership Management System (DMS) – e.g., Lightspeed Evo, DealerTrack Secure access to accounting and banking platforms Office equipment and supplies (printer, scanner, phone, filing system) On-the-job training and dealership process guides Support from Office Manager, Sales Managers, and Finance Team Access to DMV and titling resources and portals for multiple states Who we are Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
