Requirements
- 3–5 years of complex litigation experience
- Current California Bar admission required
- Experience with a law firm handling sophisticated commercial litigation
- Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of matters
- Must reside in California or be actively relocating to California
Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution
- Draft motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive filings
- Manage discovery and contribute to overall case strategy
- Work directly with clients on sophisticated business disputes
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
