Requirements

• 4-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills.
• Case management experience.
• Experience with oral arguments, taking/defending depositions, and significant party and third-party discovery.
• Energy litigation and/or energy regulatory experience.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admitted (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Manage cases, including oral arguments, depositions, and discovery.
