The position functions as an in-office job that has a primary responsibility of receiving complaints, evaluating the information for completeness and accuracy, and triaging them accurately. The position initiates the complaint investigation survey process for all commission survey areas.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of the program area.
  • Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations.
  • Ability to gather and compile program materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
  • Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Individuals should have the ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
  • Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
  • Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
  • Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
  • Maintain and organize program assets.
  • Prepare all program related training materials.
