About The Position

The Complaint Consultant role is a key member of the Canadian Complaints Office team and reports to the Director of the Complaint Office. The team is responsible for critical functions of handling complaints for the Canada Segment and supporting the reporting and regulatory needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with formal written communication
  • Experience working with (or in) Compliance functions
  • Experience working with regulators

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with key stakeholders such as legal and compliance
  • Supporting Regulator requests by phone and email
  • Reviewing and gathering information related to new, ongoing and historical Complaint cases
  • Writing formal responses to regulatory inquiries
  • Supporting regulatory reporting on Complaint files
