Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,00 per year at the commencement of employment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ Years Professional Related Work Experience, preferably in Investment Banking or Global Capital Markets
  • Ability to develop analytics from multiple streams of data, interpret & analyze trends, develop meaningful story/recommendation and communicate the information in a logical concise way
  • Strong process and project-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, re-prioritize as needed and problem-solve autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex ideas clearly & concisely
  • Interest in learning new systems and technologies
  • Enjoy high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Approaches work with mindset to continuously improve and streamline processes

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the year-end salary and bonus processes and provide end to end support throughout the process
  • Manage projects in addition to daily responsibilities, ensuring accurate delivery of product to senior management and external stakeholders
