About The Position

The Compensation Specialist assists in the administration of Cooper University Health Care’s compensation programs and policies. This role compiles and analyzes market data, conducts job evaluations and equity/market analyses. The specialist participates in salary surveys and monitors market trends, ensuring pay practices are accurate and compliant with Federal and New Jersey state labor laws.

Requirements

  • Experienced in providing excellent customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, principally advanced Excel functions, required.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and dependable.
  • Knowledgeable in Federal and State Labor Laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
