About The Position

The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs that promote fair, competitive, and market-informed pay practices at Community Health Network. This role conducts compensation analyses, manages market data, supports program administration, and provides data-driven insights to help attract, retain, and engage caregivers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, improving processes, and building scalable compensation programs that are easy to understand, administer, and maintain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of the education requirement, a combination of education and related experience will be considered.
  • Three or more years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field required.
  • Experience supporting compensation survey management, market pricing, benchmark maintenance, and market data governance.
  • Knowledge of compensation program administration, including merit increases, market reviews, incentive plans, salary structures, job evaluation, and job architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience evaluating internal equity, market competitiveness, pay practices, and providing compensation recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Experience developing and maintaining compensation reports, dashboards, workforce analytics, and compensation systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compensation data integrity, regulatory compliance, policy governance, and participation in projects related to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensures compensation data integrity, regulatory compliance, and policy governance.
  • Participates in projects related to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
