About The Position

ServiceTitan is seeking a Compensation Product Manager for Partner Experience to rebuild its compensation function. This role is designed for someone who builds solutions rather than just providing compensation expertise. The primary goal is to create tools and workflows that empower internal partners (HRBPs, TA, Finance, HROps) to operate independently, reducing their reliance on direct inquiries and workarounds. This position bridges the gap between compensation knowledge and product development, aiming to make compensation-related questions unnecessary through self-service systems and streamlined processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in compensation, with meaningful time in a business-facing or partner-facing role at a high-growth or public tech company.
  • Demonstrated product mindset with real examples of identifying, building, and measuring solutions that changed how people worked.
  • Deep compensation expertise to establish credibility with HRBPs and TA, including offers, benchmarking, and off-cycle requests.
  • Active AI tool user with experience building or accelerating workflows.
  • Comfort with data audits and compensation analysis, including identifying errors, validating data integrity, and surfacing patterns.
  • Strong financial acumen, comfortable building models, interpreting budget data, and partnering with Finance.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Workday experience, including approval workflow configuration.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal product management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary compensation resource for TA, Finance, PBPs, HROps, and TA Ops, fielding offers, pricing requests, and unique business needs.
  • Conduct research to identify friction points and design requirements for future product development.
  • Perform data audits and system integrity checks to ensure accuracy and identify gaps in self-serve systems.
  • Own the compensation experience for internal partner teams, including the development of tools like offer calculators and pricing tools.
  • Develop and manage the tooling roadmap in partnership with People Technology and People Insights and Analytics.
  • Measure success based on partner self-support rather than the number of requests closed.
  • Manage intake and triage of requests that cross functional lanes or lack clear ownership.
  • Route requests deliberately, close the loop with partners, and use pattern data to identify opportunities for systematization.
  • Act as a source of product intelligence through intake data.
