Under general direction, is responsible for managing and coordinating complex human resources projects that require specialized knowledge and overseeing the performance of professional work of the projects in the Classification & Compensation Division. Conducts research, provides data and recommendations, and implements solutions to achieve goals and objectives. Serves as team leader on special projects assigned by department management. May exercise supervision over assigned staff. This position is an "unclassified" position and has no disciplinary appeal rights to the Municipal Civil Service Commission. This position is likewise subject to at-will employment status and can be terminated at any time for any reason.
