About The Position

Serve as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert by providing strategic guidance on compensation programs, job architecture, market pricing, and compensation governance. Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-based compensation recommendations, salary structures, and workforce planning support. Lead job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure administration, and annual compensation planning while ensuring internal equity and regulatory compliance. Administer compensation systems, market surveys, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement. Support compensation governance, pay transparency initiatives, FLSA compliance, and strategic organizational changes across multiple business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market pricing, job evaluations, salary structure administration, compensation analyses, annual compensation planning, and compensation survey participation.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, FLSA, wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and compensation governance practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, Workday, and MarketPay.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to influence leaders, manage confidential information.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • CCP certification preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
