Serve as the organization's primary compensation subject matter expert by providing strategic guidance on compensation programs, job architecture, market pricing, and compensation governance. Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-based compensation recommendations, salary structures, and workforce planning support. Lead job evaluations, market pricing, salary structure administration, and annual compensation planning while ensuring internal equity and regulatory compliance. Administer compensation systems, market surveys, reporting, and analytics to support data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement. Support compensation governance, pay transparency initiatives, FLSA compliance, and strategic organizational changes across multiple business units.
