About The Position

We’re looking for a Compensation Manager to help shape how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our Consumer organization. You’ll play a key role in designing, managing, and evolving compensation programs. Your work will span both strategy and hands-on execution. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution—partnering closely with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation programs that support T-Mobile’s continued growth. This is a hybrid role (minimum 3 days/week in the office). Our preferred location is Overland Park, KS; we may consider Bellevue, WA

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–7 years of compensation experience
  • Experience with market pricing tools and compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward
  • Strong communication skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in Workday a plus
  • CCP, CSCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus
  • Experience supporting large, matrixed organizations
  • Background in incentive compensation design or governance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and evolve base pay and incentive plans to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to keep programs competitive
  • Support planning, execution, and communication of merit and bonus cycles
  • Partner across teams to ensure plans are compliant, well-documented, and effectively executed
  • Build and analyze dashboards, audits, and reports to inform decisions and identify trends
  • Translate complex compensation concepts into clear guidance, tools, and training for leaders and HR partners
  • Partner with external consultants and leverage tools like Workday and market pricing platforms
  • Drive key compensation initiatives from planning through execution
