We’re looking for a Compensation Manager to help shape how we attract, reward, and retain talent across our Consumer organization. You’ll play a key role in designing, managing, and evolving compensation programs. Your work will span both strategy and hands-on execution. This role sits at the center of strategy and execution—partnering closely with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and data-driven compensation programs that support T-Mobile’s continued growth.
