As a Compensation Director you will provide direction, expertise, and leadership for Compensation professionals with the broader Payroll Tax and Compensation Team. Responsible for all operational activities for a team that creates calculations, audits, triggers payment instructions, reports taxability of mobility benefits, performs global financial reporting on behalf of our worldwide clients and all global compensation ancillary services such as cost projections, certificate of coverage, tax payment and tax equalisation services.
