We are seeking a Compensation Consultant (Part-Time) who will administer compensation programs with the objective of attracting and retaining top-quality talent and enhancing workforce productivity. This role partners with other members of the Total Rewards team to implement, communicate, and audit new and existing programs, and serves as a key contact within the Total Rewards team for compensation-related questions.
