About The Position

Applied Intuition is looking for a Compensation Business Partner to play a critical role in attracting, rewarding, and retaining exceptional talent as we continue to scale. You’ll help develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our rapidly growing business. At Applied Intuition, you will build and evolve compensation programs and practices that support Applied Intuition’s continued growth. Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to business leaders and cross-functional partners on compensation decisions and strategy. Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis, translating data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Support the design and execution of compensation programs, including compensation reviews, job architecture, and related frameworks. Develop scalable approaches and processes that can evolve with changing business priorities and talent needs. Balance strategic program design with hands-on execution, bringing structure and clarity to complex compensation challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertise in cash and equity compensation programs.
Experience designing and evolving compensation programs, including compensation benchmarking, job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity.
Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple functions, geographies, or employee populations.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into practical recommendations, build financial forecasting models.
Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Experience with building and implementing people solutions using AI/ Dev tools (ex. Claude, Chatgpt, Cursor)

Experience with compensation survey and benchmarking tools such as Pave, Compa, Radford, Mercer
