Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, the R&D Compensation Business Partner is a strategic partner to Motive’s Engineering and Product organizations and plays an important role in how we attract, reward, and retain exceptional talent. In this role, you will build trusted, consultative partnerships with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders, advising on complex compensation decisions across the full employee lifecycle. You will turn data into clear, actionable insights by combining analytics, market intelligence, and internal talent data to help ensure Motive’s compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our compensation philosophy.
