Are you passionate about ensuring roles are evaluated with precision, consistency, and fairness? Do you thrive at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and organizational design? We’re looking for a Compensation & Job Evaluation Specialist to support how roles are evaluated, classified, and managed within established compensation practices across the organization. In this role, you’ll help ensure job evaluation practices are applied consistently, transparently, and in alignment with organizational principles. You’ll support the integrity of role evaluation and classification processes, while providing experienced compensation support to promote internal equity, sound governance, and alignment with established frameworks. As a subject matter resource, you’ll provide analysis, documentation, and practical advice to leaders and HR partners on job design, classification, and compensation‑related considerations.
