The Compensation Analyst supports WWF’s compensation programs to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. This role performs compensation analysis, market benchmarking, survey participation, reporting, and coordination of annual compensation processes. The role partners with the Director of Total Rewards (TR Director) to analyze market and internal pay data and execute compensation programs, including salary structures, annual merit increases, promotions, equity reviews, and rewards and recognition programs. It serves as a key point of contact for compensation inquiries and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, P&C Business Partners, People Technology, compensation vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent compensation administration.
