About The Position

Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of fluid and powder materials. This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027. The Compensation Analyst supports the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this role partners closely with HR to deliver accurate compensation analysis, support annual compensation processes, and ensure programs are administered consistently and compliantly.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of compensation theories, techniques, and practices, including job analysis, market pricing, and salary structure design
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of compensation experience
  • Accuracy focused, with demonstrated experience of careful data handling
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT).

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end salary survey participation, ensuring accurate and compliant data submissions
  • Support annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonus and incentive payouts, salary surveys, pay range reviews, factory wage reviews, and stock grants
  • Conduct compensation analysis and modeling to support pay decisions and program evaluations
  • Participate in job evaluations, market pricing, and internal equity analyses with review from senior team members
  • Support the administration of global grade and pay structures and assist with market movement analyses
  • Assist in the administration and calculation of variable incentive and bonus plans
  • Support equity administration activities and documentation requirements
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and materials for compensation reviews and projects
  • Assist with compensation activities related to acquisitions and integration efforts
  • Support compliance reviews and documentation related to compensation programs
  • Participate in special projects and research as assigned
