As a Compensation Partner, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting Mixpanel’s compensation programs and analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early-to-mid in their compensation career who wants to build deep comp expertise at a growing company, take ownership of meaningful work, and learn directly from senior leaders in People and Finance. You’ll report to the Manager of Total Rewards & People Operations and work closely with the broader People team, Finance, and business leaders. While this role is focused primarily on compensation today, it offers strong exposure to how compensation strategy evolves as a company scales. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and excited to grow into a long-term compensation partner.
