About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our growing Compensation team. This role will play a key part in the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate brings strong data analysis skills, sound judgment, and experience interpreting compensation frameworks within both U.S. and Canadian labor environments. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices support internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of compensation analysis or relevant HR experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience with compensation tools or HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Lyric, Workday, Radford, BetterComp) preferred.
  • Ability to interpret market data, job documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Canadian compensation practices and a strong understanding of Canadian labor regulations is a plus.

  • Experience supporting base pay compensation programs across Global environments.
  • Familiarity with pay transparency regulations and evolving compensation compliance requirements.
  • Experience in supporting the design, implementation, and administration of variable pay compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design, maintenance, and administration of salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing using reputable market survey data.
  • Analyze internal pay data to support compensation decisions, job evaluations, and salary structure management.
  • Administer the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonuses, salary reviews, and calibration processes.
  • Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and hiring managers, ensuring decisions align with organizational policies and market data.
  • Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Support compliance with relevant U.S. and Canadian wage laws, pay transparency regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls.
  • Participate in compensation-related projects such as the creation of a Global Job architecture, policy reviews, and system build out.
