The Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing strategic guidance and tactical support in the design, administration, and delivery of compensation programs, processes, and systems that support the Company's talent and business objectives. This role collects, analyzes, and maintains compensation-related data to support informed compensation decisions and help the organization attract and retain high-quality employees. The successful candidate will set high standards of performance for themselves and others; demonstrate professionalism in written, verbal, and interpersonal interactions; seek opportunities for continuous learning and development; possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and effectively adapt their communication style to a variety of audiences and situations. This role operates under the general direction of the Manager, Compensation and is responsible for planning and organizing assigned work activities to support departmental and organizational objectives. Work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, quality, and achievement of objectives.
