About The Position

Imagine a piloted air taxi that takes off vertically, then quietly carries you and your fellow passengers over the congested city streets below, enabling you to spend more time with the people and places that matter most. At Joby, we've been working to make that dream a reality since 2009 and we're now in the final stages of certifying our aircraft with the FAA. With plans to launch our aircraft in the US and Dubai, we're now scaling manufacturing and preparing for the launch of our commercial service. Overview This is a temporary, part-time position focused specifically on supporting our recruiting and offers processes. You will assist the Compensation Team in pricing job offers, ensuring we remain highly competitive in the market while rigorously maintaining internal equity.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: 1+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or recruiting operations.
  • Technical Agility: Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, etc.). You are confident and precise with data.

Responsibilities

  • Offer Pricing: Partner directly with our recruiting team to review, analyze, and price incoming job offers accurately and promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Pull and analyze market data to determine compensation recommendations for new hires.
  • Pay Equity Reviews: Conduct thorough internal pay equity reviews to ensure fairness across our growing team.
  • Process Collaboration: Share your insights. We are highly collaborative; if you notice a way to streamline our offer workflows, we want to hear your tangible, direct feedback.
