We are seeking a Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in maintaining competitive, equitable, and well-governed compensation programs across the enterprise. This role combines analytical rigor with operational execution — supporting job pricing, salary benchmarking, reporting, and compensation administration within Workday. You’ll partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure our compensation practices are data-driven, aligned, and scalable.
