The Compensation Analyst will have primary responsibility for performing pay analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace for our retail stores including survey participation for all business areas. The Compensation Analyst will manage enterprise monthly and quarterly incentive processes and assist with the development and management of compensation programs as well as ensure compliance with Federal, state and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in Compensation or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

  • SuccessFactors experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct enterprise pay analysis daily to ensure competitive to the relative marketplace.
  • Administration of enterprise monthly and quarterly incentive processes
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of Compensation policies and programs.
  • Gather and prepare information for participation in compensation surveys throughout the year to maintain competitive data.
  • Keep apprised of federal, state and local labor and compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with unit testing of various tasks and systems for compensation processes.
  • Assist special compensation projects as requested by management.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
