Job Overview: The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and HR teams to evaluate compensation strategies, market trends, and internal equity to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in our Nashua, NH headquarters.
