Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, finance, analytics, or a related quantitative role
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a global, publicly traded technology company
  • Workday or other HRIS experience
  • Exposure to compensation surveys and market pricing

Responsibilities

  • Perform compensation analyses and modeling to support salary structures, incentive programs, equity awards, and other pay practices
  • Build and maintain Excel-based models, tools, and dashboards to support compensation planning, forecasting, and analysis
  • Mine, validate, and interpret large datasets from Workday and other systems to identify trends, risks, and insights
  • Partner with the Compensation team on initiatives such as salary structure development, pay equity analyses, career frameworks, and market data reviews
  • Support annual merit planning and promotion cycles, including eligibility analysis, budgeting support, validation, and reporting
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to assess internal competitiveness
  • Prepare clear summaries and presentations of findings for stakeholders
  • Audit compensation data and job information in Workday to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, HRIS, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams
