About The Position

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for studying and analyzing external market data, assisting in the preparation of job descriptions, and participating in various compensation surveys. The position also involves assisting in the administration of various compensation programs and supporting departmental audits. The analyst will work closely with the Senior Compensation Analyst on various projects. This role requires the ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments and projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields
• One year experience in a Compensation or Human Resources role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and propose recommendations
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• High attention to detail and accuracy, well organized
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Prior healthcare experience
