As a Compensation Analyst at Nextdoor, you will help us invest in our employee community by developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving our compensation programs. You will be a key member of our People team and work directly with employees at all levels, in every function, across our entire organization. In this role you’ll lead and support People team initiatives, conduct market research and analysis, and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal tools, analyzing data and metrics, and improving the overall company through insights you surface about our compensation and broader people programs.
