About The Position

The Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for conducting market pricing and salary benchmarking, supporting job evaluations, analyzing internal pay data, and participating in compensation surveys. The analyst will also help monitor compliance with compensation-related laws and support annual compensation planning processes. Other projects or duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing and salary benchmarking for new and existing roles using compensation surveys and market data
  • Support job evaluations and maintain job descriptions, job architecture, salary grades, and pay ranges
  • Analyze internal pay data to assess market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with compensation philosophy
  • Participate in compensation surveys by gathering, validating, and submitting organizational data
  • Help monitor compliance with pay transparency, wage and hour, and other compensation-related laws and guidelines
  • Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, and salary structure updates
  • Other projects or duties as assigned
