This role works closely with HR, management, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are equitable, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. Based in the Hydro Extrusion North America Business Unit Headquarters in Rosemont, IL, the position offers a hybrid/flexible work schedule and plays a key role in maintaining compensation data integrity, supporting pay initiatives, and driving strategic compensation projects.
