We’re Looking For: A Compensation Analyst who will play a key role in the support of design, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role requires a strong focus on analyzing and managing base pay, variable pay, and incentive structures, with a specialized emphasis on supporting the company's sales compensation plans and processes. The analyst will provide analytical support, research best practices, and contribute to the successful execution of annual compensation cycles.
