Organization: HR Compensation Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst will provide critical support to the team by performing data analysis, pulling reports, and reviewing job descriptions to create accurate job profiles. This role partners closely with team members and collaborates regularly with leadership to ensure alignment on compensation strategies. The Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation surveys, conducting market pricing, and maintaining accurate benchmarking data. This person will also coordinate and execute established compensation programs with some guidance, as well as assisting with special compensation initiatives or projects. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and executes compensation initiatives in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines.
  • Works closely with HR partners to provide support on projects and initiatives.
  • Trains HR partners on compensation policies and practices.
  • Participates in salary surveys.
  • Assists with market and equity analysis of positions to assess salaries.
  • Assists with job evaluations and salary recommendation.
