We partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver data driven insights, ensure governance, and support the company’s talent and business strategy. What You Can Expect We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation Intern to support the Compensation team with data analysis, research, and core compensation processes. This role provides exposure to how compensation programs are designed and managed in a corporate environment. Support compensation analysis and reporting Assist with maintaining and analyzing compensation data Help prepare materials and presentations for internal stakeholders Support annual compensation processes such as merit reviews and pay adjustments Conduct research on compensation trends and best practices Potential projects you could take on as an intern: FLSA Classification Review: Assist with reviewing job descriptions and supporting FLSA exemption classification analysis Market Survey Submissions: Support the preparation and submission of compensation surveys and help validate survey data

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
